What People Are Saying About Proper Solutions
Proper Solutions is the best agency. I have used them twice now and both times they set me up with amazing companies which both ended up turning into permanent full-time jobs. Angela was always super helpful and sweet. With no doubt, I would use this company again if needed.
I appreciate the your time in meeting with me yesterday! I’ll always remember my first Zoom meeting with positive thoughts! I look forward to working with you. Have a wonderful day!

Hi Meegan and Angela,
Sheri and Cynthia were fabulous! Thank you for assigning them to our event
Your staff was fabulous and very happy with each person that worked.
Happy 4th to all of you at Proper Solutions. We so appreciate how you take care of us.
By far the best staffing agency in the Coachella Valley. Almost immediately upon contacting them, they had me working in quality locations such as the City of Palm Springs in no time. Angie is such a pleasant professional and stays working to match you with the right opportunities. After signing on with them, I no longer needed to have affiliations with other agencies.
I have been working with Proper Solutions since 2018. They are very professional and have always provided good assignments for me when I needed work. Meegan and Angela are the Best! They know how to handle the needs of both Client and Employee. I am forever grateful for always being there for me! Thank you!
Thank you, Meegan. You always do a great job finding people for both of us. Thank you both!
Thank you! You guys have been a lifesaver!!
